Adult Retrieval Victoria uses the Air Ambulance to bring critical patients from regeonal areas back to major hospitals in Melbourne. Patient Peter Norton was suffering from pneumonia which was complicated when doctors at Stawell hospital were unable to intubate his due to swelling.
